Often streets are listed on NYC maps but have never been opened for public use. Sheldon Lobel, P.C. recently completed a demapping action to the City Planning Commission, which approved a change in the map to eliminate a portion of Glenn Avenue. The client then purchased the property (which was formerly a street), and now owns the property for their use.
