April 18, 2014 – Sheldon Lobel, P.C. represented a property owner in an action seeking injunctive relief and an easement by necessity for ingress and egress over a portion of an adjacent owner’s property.
The Supreme Court, Queens County upheld our client’s right-of-way access easement, directed the defendant to remove any existing obstructions that interfered with the easement, and permanently enjoined the defendant from interfering with our client’s access.
