February 10, 2014 – Community Board 7 has approved the proposed development of a 180,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex in downtown Flushing, which is the subject of a pending BSA variance and special permit applications. Richard Lobel, Managing Partner of Sheldon Lobel, P.C., responded to various concerns raised by the Community Board at the previous Board meeting in presenting the proposal, resulting in the Board’s vote of 27 to 2, in favor of the proposal.
