November 27, 2012 – Jordan Most authored an article in the New York Real Estate Journal (NYREJ) regarding three special permits, administered by the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA), that permit enlargements of existing buildings. Mr. Most notes that these special permits can facilitate “the enlargement of existing residential or commercial penthouses, or possibly the introduction of a penthouse level to an existing building,” and require “no finding of unique conditions or hardship.”
