Rebecca Davoudian is an urban planner and project manager with experience leading and managing a wide variety of land use and zoning projects in New York City. She coordinates with various professionals and stakeholders throughout the application and review process. Her work includes applications and filings with the City Planning Commission, the Board of Standards and Appeals, the Department of Buildings and other regulatory agencies.
As part of a graduate studio team at Hunter College, Ms. Davoudian collaborated with the Regional Plan Association (RPA) and engaged in a long-term visioning studio to form
recommendations and potential redevelopment opportunities for the Prospect Expressway.
Ms. Davoudian’s areas of interest include housing, economic development, urban design and placemaking.
