Ms. Iannotti primarily handles matters concerning zoning and land use law before the Board of Standards and Appeals, which include variance, special permit, amendment, extension of term, and extension of time applications, and before the City Planning Commission, including rezonings, demappings, special permits, zoning authorizations and zoning certifications. In addition, she works on real estate transactional matters including the purchase and sale of residential property and transfers of development rights.
Before joining Sheldon Lobel, P.C., Ms. Iannotti was a Research Fellow at the Pace Land Use Law Center and worked with local municipalities on streamlining their land use approval processes and implementing redevelopment readiness strategies.
