Sheldon Lobel, P.C. obtained a special permit from the Department of City Planning, pursuant to ZR Section 74-712 (Developments in Historic Districts), to modify the height regulations of Sections 23-633 (Street wall location and height and setback regulations in certain districts) and 23-692 (Height limitations for narrow buildings or enlargements) to facilitate the development of a new nine-story residential building designed by prominent architect Morris Adjmi in the Tribeca East Historic District.
