Mr. Noriega is involved in a variety of discretionary and as-of-right zoning and land use matters. He represents clients before the Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, Department of Buildings, and other city agencies. He also advises clients on development potential for sites, including transfers of development rights.
Prior to joining Sheldon Lobel, P.C., Mr. Noriega worked with developers and architects on as-of-right development matters concerning the NYC Zoning Resolution, NYC construction codes, and navigating the Department of Buildings filing process.
Mr. Noriega is an active member of the Land Use and Zoning Committee of the New York City Bar Association..
