In March 2015, New York Law School’s CityLand website published “BSA Vested Rights Decision Upheld by First Department” covering Jordan Most’s and Frank St. Jacques’ representation of GRA V, LLC in a common law vested rights case. The First Department upheld the lower court ruling recognizing GRA V, LLC’s common law vested right to complete.
